Each bundle includes:

✔️ Search for 1 brand in the official databases of the Puerto Rico Trademark Office and the US Patent and Trademark Office.

✔️ Analysis and evaluation of 1 brand

✔️ Explanatory letter of obtained results.

✔️ Preparation and presentation of the application electronically.

✔️ Expenses for filing 1 application in 1 international class of goods and services.

✔️ Response to 1 non-substantive administrative action.

✔️ Keeping the client informed of the process.

✔️ Sending the certificate.

Terms applicable to every bundle described above:

For each additional class that is included in the same application, additional filing fees apply, plus $75.00 for our services.

- Filing fees for 1 class in Puerto Rico: $150.00
- Filing fees for 1 class federally $250.00

Responses to administrative actions of substantive matter will be billed at a rate of $150.00/hr.

The trademark clearance search process does not include individual searches in state department offices for each of the 50 U.S. states and territories.

All filing fee amounts are subject to change as these are updated and revised by the corresponding government agency.

All of our services are paid in advance.

Terms applicable to applications presented in Puerto Rico:

✔️ In Puerto Rico, applications are filed with the Trademark Office of the Department of State.

✔️ As part of administrative procedures, after the application has been evaluated by the Examining Officer, and prior to the issuance of the registration certificate, it is necessary to publish the trademark in the official gazette of the agency. This procedure entails the payment of $ 75.00 in filing fees. This expense is not included in the cost of the package.
